
You are presently in Stage 2 (Contemplation)
You are starting to become conscious of your current habits and how they are influencing your life but you are not ready to embark on a fitness program at this time. You will not be as successful if you were to start a fitness program at this point in your life.
The Stages of Change are individualized. There is no set time for how long you can be in one stage. Also, you can go through different stages a couple of times. So do not be discouraged if you are not were you thought you would be. You might just need a little more time.
